"Shipping cost popped up too late"
I just wish the shipping cost had been shown earlier before I got to checkout. It felt a little frustrating to only see it near the end. Anyway... the item was fine, but the checkout details could definitely be clearer.

I ordered from 5sos.com in a bit of a rush and was worried I’d get hit with customs fees since I’m outside the US. Luckily, the checkout made the total clear, so I didn’t have to overthink it too much.

The package took a little while to show up, but there were no extra import charges at the door, which was such a relief. Really happy with how it went overall, 5 stars from me.

The prices felt fair to me, honestly. I was half expecting some random extra fees to pop up at checkout, because that seems to happen everywhere now, but nope. I got what I needed, paid what I expected, and didn’t feel like I got overcharged. I was even drinking cold coffee while ordering, so I definitely would’ve been annoyed if they tried to sneak anything in.

I’ve ordered from 5sos.com twice now, and both times the stuff actually arrived when they said it would. One package was a day late, but they kept sending updates, so I wasn’t too worried. Part of me was still watching the tracking like it was some kind of government file being quietly edited in real time, but in the end everything showed up fine. Good overall, honestly.

I preordered from 5sos assuming it would ship around the release date, but it ended up arriving way later than I expected. There were barely any updates along the way, so I was just left guessing. When I reached out to support, the replies were slow and kind of made me feel talked down to, like my questions were an inconvenience. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience, but it was definitely frustrating and not something I’d be excited to deal with again.

I really like the band, and the site itself looks fine, but maybe it’s just me, I found the communication a little confusing. Some of the updates weren’t super clear, and I ended up clicking around more than I expected just to figure out what was actually happening. The emails could probably be a bit more straightforward too. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but it definitely felt more confusing than it needed to be.

I ordered a hoodie from 5sos and was a little nervous it might not be legit, but it showed up with the proper tags and packaging. The print looks really good, and the material feels just like the tour merch I’ve bought before. Shipping took a bit longer than I hoped, but nothing too crazy. Overall, no concerns about authenticity and I’m happy with it.

I really like how the site looks. It feels clean, modern, and fits the band’s vibe really well without trying too hard. I ordered a hoodie from 5sos and it actually showed up fast, which was nice. The quality seems fine too, but the sizing was smaller than I expected. I went with my usual size and it ended up feeling tight. it might’ve just been bad timing because I needed it right away and didn’t have time to exchange it, but I really wish the size chart had been more accurate.

"Pretty quick delivery, just a slightly dented box"
I was kind of in a rush when my order from 5sos.com showed up, so I gave it a quick check right away. It arrived fast, and the packaging was mostly fine, though the box had a small dent on one side. Luckily, nothing inside was damaged and the items looked good. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the outer box felt a little stronger, but overall it was okay.
